Terms of Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services provided by PinnacleQuote LLC dba JoshuaCRM.AI, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are accessing the services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Service Description PinnacleQuote LLC dba JoshuaCRM.AI provides an online service that includes, but is not limited to, a browser interface, data encryption, transmission, access, and storage (“Service”). You agree that the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

7. Charges and Payment Fees for the Service will be charged as stated at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed upon. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

8. Termination You or PinnacleQuote LLC dba JoshuaCRM.AI may terminate this Agreement at any time with notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service, and we will make available to you a file of your Customer Data within 30 days if requested at the time of termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is.” PinnacleQuote LLC dba JoshuaCRM.AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise regarding the Service, including any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability PinnacleQuote LLC dba JoshuaCRM.AI will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of or in any way related to the Service.

11. General Provisions These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PinnacleQuote LLC dba JoshuaCRM.AI and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements. These Terms and the relationship between you and PinnacleQuote LLC dba JoshuaCRM.AI shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
